Conestoga College and the Research Institute for Aging are excited to partner with you in delivering the newly-enhanced ERCC training in your organization.


Together, we’re working to achieve Better Care and Better Outcomes.


ERCC has been developed to help your teams achieve Better Care and Better Outcomes using a person-centred train-the-trainer approach to advance practice development. ERCC promotes best practices that are consistent with Ministry standards in senior’s care environments.


Enhanced Content:

Five new videos have been added to demonstrate key constructs for facilitating the ERCC course materials, fully integrating the principles of adult learning. This course also has a new course code through Conestoga College: HEAL1300. Each module represents salient topics identified in consultation with the sector, including:

  • Palliative/End-of-Life Care
