Leadership Program – Carewest Graduates Its First Class

Posted On: June 5, 2014

Congratulations to the first class!

Carewest celebrated the graduation of its first 25 students on May 27, 2014 who successfully completed the Leadership Program. These students work across their many sites in various front-line leadership to senior management positions and started the leadership program coursework in late September 2013 and completed it in early May 2014.

The ceremony was held at the Dr. Vernon Fanning Centre, where students received formal recognition for their leadership commitments from Carewest along with their Conestoga College/RIA-CLRI program certificate.

Two additional classes of students have started, one in January and another in late May 2014. Two more classes will start later this year. Carewest will have enrolled a total of 125 staff in the Leadership Program within two years.
