Posted On: November 4, 2016

Join Schlegel CLRI for the December 7th, 2016 Culture Change Exchange to learn more about how to change the culture in your long-term care home!  This event features Dr. Allen Power, internationally-renowned geriatrician, educator, and culture change mentor; as well as twenty other speakers from Ontario’s long-term care sector.

There are limited spots to attend in-person at the Centre of Excellence for Innovation in Aging in Waterloo, Ontario.  Alternatively, you can watch the event online, with your team, through interactive live-streaming.  All registrants will receive one copy of the Working Together to Put Living First Culture Change Guidebook.

The cost is $100 per registrant for the first 100 registrants from Ontario long-term care homes, increasing to $200 per registrant thereafter.  The registration fee is $200 for those not from Ontario long-term care homes.
