Register for the Culture Change Exchange (March 16, 2017)

Join us for the March 2017 Culture Change Exchange to learn more about how to enhance the culture in your long-term care home! This event features internationally-renowned speakers:

  • Daniella Greenwood, Strategy and Innovation Manager at Arcare in Australia
  • Dr. Allen Power, Schlegel Chair in Aging and Dementia Innovation, Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Rochester, and Certified Eden Alternative Educator
  • Agnes Houston, MBE 2016, Churchill Fellow 2016, and Edinburgh Exchange Fellow

 

The agenda also includes presenters from Ontario’s LTC sector. Attend in-person at the Centre of Excellence for Innovation in Aging in Waterloo, Ontario, or watch it online with your team through interactive live-streaming!

 

Registration opens at 9:00AM EST on February 8th, 2017.

 

The cost is $100 per registrant for the first 100 registrants from Ontario LTC homes, increasing to $200 per registrant thereafter. The fee is $200 for those not from Ontario LTC homes.
