New Survey to Find PSW Learning Preferences

Posted On: February 27, 2020

What do PSWs want to learn about and how do they want to receive that education?

The Ontario CLRI and the Ontario Personal Support Workers Association (OPSWA) have identified the need to understand the learning style and preferences of PSWs in Ontario. We need and want to be able to provide PSWs with the best possible learning opportunities.

Please encourage your PSWs to fill out this survey and share it with other PSWs in their circles. The anonymous survey is available online and takes about 10 minutes to complete. If you are, have been, or want to be a PSW, please fill out this short, confidential survey to help us better understand what and how PSWs in Ontario want to learn.

One we gather enough responses, we will share results with the sector, in hopes that this information will help improve PSWs’ continuing education and may also help guide the initial training for future PSWs.
