To encourage culture change within long-term care homes, excellent leadership is needed. In Module 3, Being a Leader, you will recognize ways in which you can demonstrate day-to-day leadership for your team, residents, and care partners in long-term care. You will be able to describe the qualities of transformational leaders as well as address several myths and misconceptions about leadership. You will recognize the differences and similarities between managers and leaders.
