Strong clinical leadership is essential for high-quality care in long-term care settings. Across three modules, learners will explore practical strategies to manage conflict, boost team morale, and lead with clarity and purpose. Designed specifically for nurses in LTC, this course promotes growth in key leadership areas and reflects everyday challenges. This course series supports nurses in building confidence, communication skills, and leadership capacity through realistic, scenario-based learning. Upon completing all three modules, learners will receive a certificate of completion and 1 credit from the Canadian Nurses Association.
