This course helps long-term care team members strengthen communication during emotionally difficult end-of-life conversations. Learners will explore how to paraphrase effectively, respond with empathy, and recognize when to seek additional support outside their role. The course reinforces each team member’s role in building therapeutic relationships with residents and families. Through scenario-based learning and reflective exercises, learners practice applying empathy and clarity in high-stress or emotionally charged interactions.
