Social Worker and Social Service Worker Community of Practice

For members of the Ontario Social Workers (SW) and Social Service Workers (SSW) in LTC Community of Practice. Members engage with each other through an online discussion board and access relevant SW and SSW practice-based resources and tools, including eLearning courses. This group space includes materials from live virtual Community of Practice meetings (including onboarding videos, recordings of guest speaker sessions, meeting summaries and Terms of Reference).
