Please join the Bruyère Research Institute, the QUILT Network (QUality for Individuals who require Long-Term support), The Ottawa Hospital, IQ@TOH, and the Regional Geriatric Program of Eastern Ontario on October 30th, 2018, for a day of learning and sharing at The Ottawa Quality and Patient Safety Conference!
This year’s theme is “Innovation to improve quality and safety for the frail across care settings.” Learn and be inspired by pioneering healthcare leaders who are improving care across settings, from the community to hospitals and long-term care homes. You can participate by registering, submitting an abstract for poster or oral presentation, and engaging with the dynamic guest speakers and panelists.
This year’s conference features keynote speaker Dr. Gail Donner, who spearheaded improvements in patient and family-centered home and community care in Ontario with the Donner Report, “Bringing CARE HOME”. More speakers and panelists to be announced!
The Ontario Centres for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care are a proud partner of this event. Working in a long-term care home and interested in sharing your successes? The Ontario CLRI will cover the attendance fee for up to 10 long-term care home presenters with accepted abstracts.
