Living the Dementia Journey

When:

The Central West LHIN, in collaboration with the Central West BSO Network, is offering a professional development opportunity for LTC homes and community partners within the region.
Team members supporting people living with dementia are eligible to participate in a one-day LIVING the Dementia Journey (LDJ) workshop. LDJ is an award-winning, evidence-informed training program for those who support people living with dementia.
