Calling all AdvantAge Ontario members in and around the Champlain Region: Join the Bruyère CLRI at an upcoming meeting!

The next AdvantAge Ontario Region 7 Regional Meeting is coming soon! The Ontario Centres for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care (CLRI) and Champlain Dementia Network (CDN) are co-delivering an informative and engaging morning session for AdvantAge Ontario members. The session will discuss advancing integrated services for people living with dementia and their care partners. It will also touch on the benefits of taking an integrated approach that facilitates care providers working together across the continuum of care.

In addition to the CLRI and CDN session, the day will feature Behaviour Supports Ontario updates, AdvantAge Ontario Member updates, and more. There will be ample opportunities throughout the day to network and engage with LTC peers from across the region.

Don’t miss out on this engaging, information-packed day, made possible by the AdvantAge Region 7 Ledership! The meeting is being held on June 27, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Perley and Rideau Veteran’s Health Centre.
