CEoL Fund English Application

The Ontario Centre for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care (CLRI) at Bruyère is helping the long-term care sector in Ontario deliver communication at end-of-life training funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care’s Communication at End-of-Life Education Fund (CEoL Fund).

The CEoL Fund provides wage support and travel assistance for LTC home educators to attend train-the-trainer workshops for communication at end-of-life education.

Applications are being accepted beginning November 26, 2019, until December 9, 2019.
LTC homes will be notified of their acceptance into the fund on December 13, 2019 with workshops taking place in January and February 2020.

Last year alone, the CEoL Fund has trained more than 1,000 personal support workers in 130+ long-term care homes across the province.
