We want to hear from you!

After several years of running successful training workshops in collaboration with Algonquin College, we are looking for input on the Ontario CLRI Clinical Nursing Leadership Training Program.

We want to ensure what we develop will work for YOU – RNs, RPNs, DOCs and ADOCs practicing in long-term care.

Help us shape the Clinical Nursing Leadership Training Program 2.0!
• What do you think should be kept in this Training Program?
• What would you update based on your experience at one of our workshops or since then as you applied the new skills you gained at the workshop/practiced your new skills?
• What are essential elements of good leadership based on your experience as a nursing leader in long-term care?

You are invited to join us on Monday, March 25, 2019  (8am. – 12pm) at Saint-Louis Residence, Auditorium (879 Hiawatha Park Rd, Orleans).
