Family Councils Ontario invites you to their annual virtual conference: Connecting Through Care from June 11th to 13th. Learn how to navigate difficult conversations and improve the quality of life in long-term care.

This year, the conference theme is navigating challenging conversations in long-term care. Experts in the fields will share their knowledge and provide attendees with tools to navigate these discussions. Join caregivers, long-term care home team members, researchers, and policymakers within Ontario for three days of entertaining, engaging, and educational sessions!

Join Family Councils Ontario online from June 11th to 13th to create new connections, learn how to navigate difficult conversations on death and dying, cannabis use in long-term care, and sexuality and intimacy in long-term care. Knowing more about these topics and how to discuss them will help improve the quality of life in LTC and support caregivers!
