Preventing psychological harm in LTC – Root Cause Analysis Workshop

Public Services Health and Safety Association and the Ontario Centres for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care (CLRI) at the Research Institute for the Aging (RIA) are hosting a two-day, in-person workshop in Toronto in November 2023. Participants will help identify workplace hazards that lead to psychological harm in LTC, explore the root causes, and brainstorm solutions to prevent mental distress and promote psychological health and safety.

We are looking for workers and employers from large, small, urban, rural, northern and Indigenous long-term care homes across Ontario.
