The COVID-19 pandemic has changed everything, especially in long-term care homes. The Ontario CLRI at Bruyère, in collaboration with Algonquin College, is offering a series of mini webinars to support LTC homes facilitate communication at end-of-life: Ripples of Thoughtful Words. Ripples are short, will give comfort, calmness, and strength to support team members as they communicate with each other, with residents and their family members.
Our hope is that these short ripples will spread within your team. We offer practical, inspirational and supportive thoughts so that you can continue to make a healing ripple in the energy of the LTC home where you work, during this unprecedented and incredibly challenging time.
- Weekly: every Friday for 6 weeks at 11:00 a.m. – 11:20 a.m. 6 weekly sessions, each to be 20 minutes in length – 15 minutes of presentation, with 5 minutes for questions at the end.
