The Workplace Mental Health in LTC program provides training and support for implementation teams to adopt the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. Our goal is to foster a happier, healthier, more resilient workforce who will ultimately be more capable of providing quality care for residents.
