FLTCA Alignment: 11-Nursing and personal support services 

Organized program of nursing and personal support services for the home, assessed to meet the needs of the residents; covering daily activity and living assistance (including personal hygiene services) and 24-hour nursing care. If a registered nurse is acting as a Director of Nursing and Personal Care they are not considered to be “on duty”.
