FLTCA Alignment: 90-Emergency plans
Ensuring that emergency plans are in place for the home that include measures for dealing with, responding to and preparing for emergencies (including epidemics and pandemics), and procedures for evacuating and relocating residents and evacuating staff. Ensuring the plans are tested, evaluated, updated, and reviewed with staff. Preparing attestation attesting to compliance with this section and maintaining records of every attestation. Compliance with requirements for attestations in respect to: information to be included in the attestation, to whom the attestation shall be submitted, and the form, manner, and timing of the attestation.
