
PSW Education Fund for Long-Term Care
The PSW Education Fund helps Ontario long-term care (LTC) homes access funding for continuing education and professional development for anyone who is employed by a LTC home in Ontario.
Through tuition coverage and backfill reimbursement, the PSW Fund makes it easier for LTC homes to support team member participation in training programs that strengthen clinical and person-centred care practices.
The PSW Education Fund supports all LTC team members, including:
- Allied health and resident experience
- Clinical care providers (e.g., NP, RN, PSW)
- Leaders and supervisors
- Preceptors and mentors
- Operations and administrative support
- Support services team

Complete the enrolment form for each workshop you would like team members to attend.

Register Team Members
Use the unique registration link sent to your email to register team members.
Step 4

Receive Course Materials
Zoom links are emailed 24-48 hours in advance. Workbooks will be mailed directly to you.
Step 5

Complete Workshop
Receive certificates within a month and reimbursement within six weeks.
