Thank you for your interest in the LIVING the Dementia Journey (LDJ) education program, available through the PSW Education Fund for Long-Term Care and the Ontario Centres for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care.

Please complete the form below to register for a virtual 8-hour LDJ training session. Training materials will be shipped to on your behalf in advance of training. Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive an LDJ certificate of completion.
