The EDIB Champion Coaching Program is a virtual learning experience designed to help long-term care (LTC) team members and leaders grow their capacity and confidence to lead EDIB initiatives.

Open to those who have completed the Creating a Culture of Belonging workshop, this program offers practical tools, peer connection, and expert facilitation to support real-world change.

Applications are now open for the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) Champion Coaching Program! LTC homes are invited to apply by September 25, 2026 at 5 p.m. (ET). Applications received after the deadline may be considered if space allows.

“[EDIB Champion Coaching program] has given me a lot more confidence . . . . to make discussions, to make conversations, to stand up for people . . . . to be able to make a change. And I feel like with our [LTC] home, it’s an uphill [journey]. I feel empowered in the fact that I now have the knowledge and the support to help start this change.”

“Honestly speaking, [the facilitation] was the greatest thing, and I wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on that. Because you have that sharing of experiences. And it was a safe space to share and hear other people’s experiences – even hearing somebody facilitating and giving you another angle of the importance of equity, diversity, and belonging.”
