We’re recruiting PSWs to help us come up with ideas to address the challenges PSWs experience in long-term care in Ontario.
Over the course of six online workshops, we’re hoping to bring together a group of PSWs from a variety of communities, backgrounds, and experiences to share ideas on how to improve the PSW experience in long term care in Ontario.
Participants will meet (online) for an interactive workshop to explore their experiences of working in long-term care, and will generate ideas to improve that experience.
Each session will focus on a specific topic to help guide the conversation.
