For those who have not seen the presentation, “Flourishing” is a term that comes from research in the fields of Organizational Development, Education, Psychology/Wellness and more, on the power of appreciation and positive questions.

The Huddle Tool shows five simple questions to share any experience, situation, or need with LTC teams when families can’t meet in person. At the end of the module, viewers will be able to download a copy of the Huddle Tool for your use.
Family members and other essential caregivers of residents in long-term care are important partners in care. These resources from the Ontario CLRI and other partner organizations can support homes as they plan for and support engaging families during the pandemic.
