The COVID-19 pandemic has changed everything, especially in long-term care homes. In an effort to support people working in LTC, the Ontario CLRI at Bruyère in collaboration with Algonquin College is offering Ripples of Thoughtful Words to support and facilitate communication at end-of-life. Ripples are short, will give comfort, calmness, and strength to support team members as they communicate with each other, with residents and their family members.
Our hope is that these short ripples will spread within your team. We offer practical, inspirational and supportive thoughts so that you can continue to make a healing ripple in the energy of the LTC home where you work, during this unprecedented and incredibly challenging time.
