Trigger Match – A serious game to foster team collaboration in the care of persons with dementia

This webinar explores a serious educational card game that stimulates team discussion and enhances specific team skills regarding the care of persons with responsive behaviours. A toolkit developed for Ontario long-term care home educators on how to use Trigger Match as an educational resource will be shared.

1. Enhancing creativity and proactivity in the care of residents with responsive behaviours
2. Supporting critical thinking and valuing of non-pharmacological interventions
3. Encouraging teamwork and collaborative practice within an interprofessional team
