Expectations and Time Commitment:
We are excited to offer the Virtual Job Shadowing Package for LTC for one year to any long-term home in Ontario.
To gain access, you would need to:
Identify team member(s) from your organization who would be the local lead and support the Virtual Job Shadowing Package introduction and roll out in your organization and join the Support Sessions.
Available Supports:
- Backfill Pay (limited availability)
- Access to technical, implementation, education support to assist the rollout at your local site
- Including access to the Support Sessions
Support Sessions are a chance for your organization to regularly meet with the CLRI team, exchange ideas on improving the Virtual Job Shadowing Package experience, ask questions and share lessons learned. The Support Sessions will be a safe place for your organization to share concerns and insights with support from technology, implementation, and educational content experts.
