Join us for a free, virtual, interactive workshop where Ontario Association of Residents’ Councils (OARC) will introduce their new Resident Engagement Toolkit, an evidence-informed, practical resource designed to support long-term care (LTC) leaders and team members in meaningfully involving residents in decisions that shape their home.
By the end of the workshop, participants will:
- Understand the value of engaging residents in decision-making and the importance of shifting the home’s culture to embrace resident contributions to home-level decisions.
- Gain practical strategies for applying co-design principles in their own homes
- Leave with a personalized, actionable next step to advance resident engagement
