Alia Pota is an Implementation Lead with the Essential Care Partner Support Hub at the Ontario Caregiver Organization. Through the Support Hub, Alia collaborates with healthcare providers across the province to help organizations identify, include, and support caregivers by offering tailored education, resources, guidance, and coaching. The Support Hub aims to ensure that caregivers are recognized as essential partners in care and that their voices are meaningfully integrated into the healthcare system.

- Learn about OCO’s direct-to-caregiver programs and services
- Apply strategies and tools to enhance caregiver identification, inclusion, and support in resident care
