Krystal Street, M.A., R.B.A. (Ont.), BCBA is a Behaviour Support Specialist with over 15 years of experience in ABA. She is passionate about bringing behaviour analysis into real-world dementia care, with a focus on practical strategies, staff training, trauma-informed approaches, and meaningful data use.

- Recognize staff behaviour as a primary mechanism of change in responsive behaviours in dementia
- Apply simple, function-based strategies to modify staff approach and environment in ways that improve resident outcomes within real-world care constraints
