Housekeeping
What they do
A housekeeper cleans residents’ rooms and common spaces, organizes residents’ rooms according to their preferences, restocks supplies, and monitors for any needed repairs.

Maintenance
What they do
A maintenance worker is responsible for overall building maintenance, making sure heating/cooling systems, plumbing, and electrical units are all working properly. They also make small repairs, paint, patch, and work with contractors for larger repairs and building work.

- On-the-job training
- Trades training (optional)
