This workshop will explore the factors contributing to psychological harm in the LTC workplace and help your home create an action plan to reduce psychological harm and promote well-being, equity, diversity, and inclusion among your workers and leaders.

Steps Towards a solution: Collaboratively Navigating Grief in Long-Term Care

This workshop will review current research on grief and emotional health in long-term care, address common grief challenges, and envision strategies for implementing sustainable peer-led grief support practices in your home.

Navigating and Implementing MLTC Food Service Regulations

This workshop will deepen your understanding of recent changes under the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 that affect food service-related staff certification and education, dining service, menu planning and on-site dietitian support.
