This eLearning course has three modules that will show you how to include, support and empower caregivers as partners. You will be able to describe the different experiences and challenges caregivers face, effectively communicate with caregivers, and build strong relationships with caregivers from day one. The course will take you through realistic stories of residents and caregivers, interactive activities, and reflections.
