A Tool to Update Long-Term Care Operational Plans Reflecting COVID-19

This tool will support discussions between senior leadership and the leadership team to enable reflection on the COVID-19 pandemic and to inform the development of a plan to move forward. The tool may also be used to facilitate discussions within LTC teams and with other key stakeholders to inform planning decisions.

Use the key questions to reflect on the functions of your home to make refinements and update your operational plans. You can move back and forth between the questions.
