When entering a mentorship, it can be hard to know where to start to make it a meaningful learning experience. In Beginning the Mentoring Relationship, you will learn what your responsibilities are as a mentor or mentee and how the relationship evolves as you get to know one another. This will help you learn from each other, set boundaries, collaborate on creating a learning plan, and, for the mentee, adapt to working in a LTC environment. Through realistic scenarios and engaging learning activities, you will know how to be an effective mentor or mentee. This will help you build a strong relationship and make the most of the mentoring experience.
